How to get rid of Pimples and treatment of it?

Your skin has modest gaps called pores which can wind up obstructed by oil, microscopic organisms, dead skin cells and dirt. At this time, when this happens, you may build up a pimple or zit. If your skin is more than once influenced by this condition, you may have acne.

Basically, pimples develop when sebaceous glands or oil glands of yours blocked or infected which may lead to swollen and red sores loaded with PUS and it is a thick fluid containing dead tissue, cells and bacteria.

Though pimple itself is not known as acne but it has very close relation with acne. For treatment, same kind of staffs and medicines are used for both of the case.

Pimples frequently effects the face, back, chest, and shoulders. This is on the grounds that there are numerous sebaceous glands in these zones of skin. And, mostly effect the teenagers because of the hormone production changes. Women around menstruation and men’s also can be effected from pimple due to blackheads and cysts and for many more reasons. 

There is no prove to confirm that any food is responsible for causing pimple or acne but it is wise to eat healthy and nutrition contain food to reduce the risk. Though pimple is not a life threaten but it may leads to other infection and inflammation.

There are various types of pimple and they have different signs and symptoms from one another. So, let’s take a look on those variations briefly,

Whiteheads

They appear as a small and flesh colored papule and tiny in size, remain under the skin mostly. Also known as a closed come do.

Blackheads

They are black or dark brown because of the pigmentation of the skin. They are visible on the surface of the skin clearly and also known as open come do.

Papules & Pustules

Papules are small in size and solid, rounded which may rise from the skin and often they are in pink colored. And,  Pustules are those kind of pimples which contains a lot of PUS. The base of these pimples are red and on the top there is PUS, it can be clearly visible on the surface of the skin.

Other types like Nodules, cysts and may be more found and they have different signs and symptoms like others. Cysts are similar to Pustules and it is usually painful and mostly it cause scars on the skin.

As we mentioned before several reasons are behind for growing pimples on skin. But the fact you need to know how you may get rid of these pimples from the different portion of your skin.

Treatments

You may have to visit to a dermatologist and need to follow some medications and should have to eat consider some dietary facts. As you may know about that, Vitamin A, D & E are really good for maintaining a healthy skin, so you need to take some supplement or eat those foods which contains these vitamins.

Other necessary healthy food you also need to eat which may strengthen your immune system to fight against those odds and pimples.

You make also need to eat some medicines, antibiotics or some external creams-

Anti-fungal, Benzoyl peroxide, Sulfur, Salicylic acid etc. you may need to use to get rid of pimples from your skin and I recommend before eating any medicines, you visit your dermatologist first and let him diagnosis it. Then follow the medicine and treatments prescribed by him.

Actually, pimples are bit disturbing and cause hamper to your normal lifestyle, your sleep, your social life, your daily activities and many more. So, get rid of this problem as soon as possible and for your advice, try to make yourself clean always and wash your hands and face with fresh water because it may protect you from those bad bacteria. And, last but not the least, if you are suffering from pimples, do not, I repeat do not scratch it with your hands though you feel itching or any irritating sensation on it. It is not going to help you but it may make your situation worse.
