At 8am

At 11am

3 bowl pulses

Piece chicken / fish


4pm / 5pm

1 cup of milk / mint / cheese

3 bowls of sagudanas baked / a few biscuits / light snacks


It’s 8pm

Lunch is the same as lunch

Bake 5 bowls before bedtime or before bedtime.


Diabetes is not curable. But adhering to the correct diet chart over time will help you to avoid at least some of the disadvantages.
